Terms of Service

These terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TubeTube. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. Legal notice (publisher)

The TubeTube service (www.tubetube.io) is published by AM2H Productions, Société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of 100 €, registered under RCS Paris 945 087 500 (SIREN/SIRET 945 087 500), intra-EU VAT number FR42 945087500, with its registered office at 5 rue de la Moselle, 75019 Paris, France.

Publication director: Arsène Huot (Président). Contact: hello@tubetube.io.

Hosting. The service is hosted by:

  • Vercel Inc. (web) - 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA;
  • Supabase, Inc. (database & file storage) - 3500 S Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901, USA;
  • Railway Corporation (video-processing worker) - 548 Market St, Suite 68956, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

2. The service

TubeTube is an AI service that turns text, lyrics or an uploaded audio file into a generated video, using third-party AI models. Signup is open and free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use TubeTube and must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits, plans & payments

  • Generation consumes credits (1 credit ≈ $0.011). A quote is shown before each launch. Credits are held when a job starts and the unused portion is refunded when it ends - you are only charged for what is actually produced.
  • Subscriptions and one-off credit top-ups are billed through Stripe in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, with access and included benefits continuing until the end of the paid period.
  • Plan-included credits and top-up credits are described in the pricing section. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are not redeemable for money.
  • If a generation fails for a reason attributable to us, the held credits are released automatically.

5. Right of withdrawal & refunds

TubeTube provides digital content and services that begin immediately. By launching a generation or activating a paid plan, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed (e.g. credits consumed), you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content under applicable EU/French consumer law. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

6. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law and by the AI providers' terms, of the videos you generate. You are responsible for holding all necessary rights to any lyrics, text, audio, images or other material you submit. You grant AM2H Productions the limited, worldwide licence needed to process your inputs, generate, store and deliver your videos, and - only for videos you choose to publish - to display them in the public community gallery. You can unpublish or delete your content at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TubeTube to create, store or distribute content that:

  • infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors;
  • impersonates a real person or misleads about its AI origin where prohibited;
  • attempts to abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent the service, its security or its credit system.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the service, its users or its providers at risk.

8. AI output

Generated output is produced by third-party AI models and may be imperfect, inaccurate or similar to content created by others. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before publishing it or relying on it, and for complying with any AI-disclosure rules that apply to you.

9. Intellectual property of the platform

The TubeTube platform, software, brand, design and content (excluding your inputs and generated videos) are owned by AM2H Productions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you no right over them beyond using the service as intended.

10. Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM2H Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including a consumer's mandatory rights).

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the competent courts. Before any dispute, we encourage you to contact us at hello@tubetube.io so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@tubetube.io.
