TubeTube pricing: plans, credits and what a video costs
How much does TubeTube cost?
Every plan gives access to the same 113 styles and 16 video engine options. Plans differ in the number of credits included, in what each credit costs, and in the discount on extra credits. Bigger plans buy credits cheaper: the credits included in Creator, Studio and Agency cost about 10%, 20% and 30% less than on Starter.

Prices exclude tax. Yearly billing charges twelve months minus 10% at once and grants the full year of credits upfront. The "roughly" column counts 1,000 to 1,250 credits per full video, more than the median 2-3 minute video (807 credits); short clips cost less, long or premium-engine videos more.
What does one video cost?
A 2-3 minute video costs a median 807 credits, about $9 at the base rate of $0.011 per credit; half of them cost between 685 and 1,129 credits ($7.50-12.50), measured on 246 videos in August-September 2026. The exact quote is shown before launch and unused credits are refunded.
A video is priced from its parts: one image and one clip per scene, the music or narration, the word-by-word audio sync and, for 16:9 videos, a thumbnail. The storyboard is not charged, and neither is an mp3 you upload. The video engine and the scene length weigh the most. The default settings pair GPT Image 2.5 Low images with Kling 2.6 Pro clips.

How are credits charged and refunded?
- You see the quote first. Before launch, the wizard lists every line (music, images, clips, sync, thumbnail) and the total in credits.
- The estimate is reserved at launch. The full quote is held from your balance while the video is made. A finished video takes about 15 minutes to generate (median of 984 videos, September 2026); a quarter finish in under 10 minutes and nine in ten in under 32.
- Unused credits come back. When the job ends, whatever was not actually produced is refunded to your balance. If a step fails for good, the job stops with a clear explanation and you pay only for what was generated.
- Every charge is logged. The Credits page of your account lists every charge and refund, grouped by video.
Free credits and the India offer
In most countries, new accounts get 1,000 credits at signup, valid for 7 days, with no card required; they aren't granted everywhere (in India, a one-off $4 pack of 1,000 credits replaces them).
The free account uses the same wizard, styles and engines as the paid plans. Its downloads carry a small tubetube.io mark; any paid plan exports clean files.
Credit top-ups
Subscribers can buy one-off packs of 1,000 to 50,000 credits at any time. They cost $0.011 per credit at the base rate, with a discount of 5% on Creator, 10% on Studio and 15% on Agency, and top-up credits never expire. Top-ups are not sold without a plan, apart from the India pack above.

Billing, taxes and cancellation
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Payments go through Stripe, which adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies.
- Plan credits arrive each month (or all twelve months at once on yearly billing) and never expire while you are subscribed.
- Switching plans mid-cycle charges only the prorated difference and adds the matching share of the new plan's credits right away.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Credits page of your account.
- Developers can create videos with the same credits through the REST API and command-line tool.

What happens to credits that a video does not use?
Launching a video reserves its full estimate. Whatever is not actually produced, including scenes that fail after every retry, is refunded to your balance when the job ends. The Credits page of your account lists every charge and refund, grouped by video.
Do credits expire?
Credits bought as top-ups never expire, and plan credits never expire while you are subscribed. Only the welcome credits expire, 7 days after signup, and they are always spent first.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Top-up packs are reserved for subscribers: they cost $0.011 per credit at the base rate, with a discount of 5% on Creator, 10% on Studio and 15% on Agency. The one exception is India: accounts registered there receive no welcome credits and can instead buy a one-off pack of 1,000 credits for $4, once per account.
