Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data TubeTube collects, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
Who we are
TubeTube (“we”, “us”) operates the AI video-generation service available at www.tubetube.io. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@tubetube.io.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and a username you choose for the public community gallery.
- Content you create: the text, lyrics, uploads, settings and prompts you submit, and the audio, images and videos generated from them.
- Billing data: your subscription plan, credit balance and payment history. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
- Usage data: pages viewed and product events (e.g. a video launched), collected to understand and improve the product. We also record anonymized session replays of the interface. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
To provide the service (generate and store your videos, run your account and credits), to process payments, to send you essential emails (invitations, account and billing notices), to prevent abuse, and to improve the product. Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating and improving TubeTube.
AI & infrastructure providers
To generate your videos and run the service we share the strictly necessary data with processors acting on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Mixpanel and Vercel Analytics (product analytics), and the AI model providers used during generation: OpenAI, Google, Suno, ElevenLabs, Kling and MiniMax. The prompts and assets you submit are sent to these providers only to produce your video. We do not use your private content to train our own models.
Public content
Videos you choose to publish to the community gallery — and their “recipe” (style, settings and the lyrics/text, shown under your chosen username) — become publicly visible. You can unpublish a video at any time from its page.
Data retention
We keep your account and generated content while your account is active. You can delete a video (and all of its assets) at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. invoices).
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA (GDPR) or a similar jurisdiction, you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@tubetube.io and we will respond within the legal timeframe. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service, plus analytics described above. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
Children
TubeTube is intended for creators aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
