The story as narrated
Once upon a time, in a colourful little harbour, lived a small blue boat called Bobby. One sunny morning, Bobby looked across the sparkling sea. “Today is an adventure day! Toot-toot!” Bobby sailed past the tall red-and-white lighthouse. Splish... splash... splish... Suddenly — SPLASH! A dolphin jumped from the water! Then another... and another! Three playful dolphins leapt beside Bobby. “Hello!” laughed Bobby. Splash! Splash! Splash! The dolphins waved goodbye as Bobby sailed farther out to sea. Then Bobby noticed a huge shadow beneath the water. It grew bigger... and bigger... “What could THAT be?” WHOOOOSH! A huge friendly whale burst from the sea! Water splashed all over Bobby. Bobby giggled as the whale waved its tail. “Bye, Mr Whale!” Soon, Bobby reached a tiny island covered in palm trees and colourful birds. Red, blue, yellow and green birds fluttered around him. “Toot-toot!” Then Bobby spotted a beautiful sailing boat. “Race you!” Off they went! Bounce... splash! Bounce... splash! They raced across the sparkling waves. Soon, the sky turned gold, orange and pink. The sun was going down. Far across the water... blink... blink... blink... Bobby saw the lighthouse. “Home!” He followed its warm light back to his cosy harbour. The moon shone above and stars twinkled across the water. What an adventure!
