Lyrics as sung in the video

One more week down—let it roll! Sun sinkin’ low on a two-lane town Dust on the tires, windows rolled down Old jukebox glow at the edge of the night Neon buzzing like a firefly light Boots by the bar and the longnecks cold Same old stories getting better retold Bartender laughs, says, “The usual tonight?” Yeah, pour it strong, we’re stayin’ awhile Let that whiskey river roll Wash this working week right off my soul Little bit of fire, little country sound Let it run till the sun comes around Raise that glass, let the good times flow Where we’re stopping, nobody knows Five days dry, now we’re riding the tide Down that Whiskey River Friday night Girl in denim with a wild kind smile Pulled me out to dance for a little while Boot heels spinning on a sawdust floor One more shot turned into four Truck-bed speakers after closing time Bonfire sparks lighting up the sky Somebody strumming an old guitar Making small-town memories under the stars Let that whiskey river roll Wash this working week right off my soul Little bit of fire, little country sound Let it run till the sun comes around Raise that glass, let the good times flow Where we’re stopping, nobody knows Five days dry, now we’re riding the tide Down that Whiskey River Friday night Tomorrow morning might hurt like hell But tonight we’re making stories to tell Laughing while that moon hangs bright Holding on to a little good life Let that whiskey river roll Wash this working week right off my soul Little bit of fire, little country sound Let it run till the sun comes around Raise that glass, let the good times flow Ain’t one damn place we gotta go Five days dry, now we’re riding the tide Down that Whiskey River Friday night Whiskey River Friday night!
