0:00–0:03 Short musical intro Sunrise over a colorful countryside. A smiling little train opens its eyes, releases a puff of steam, and starts moving. Title appears: “The Happy Little Train”. 0:03–0:13 “The happy little train goes chug-chug-chug…” Side view of the train traveling past flowers and trees. Three children in the carriages roll their hands like train wheels. Make the train bounce slightly on every “chug.” 0:13–0:16 “All day long!” Wide shot as the train crosses a small bridge. Birds fly overhead while musical notes pop from the engine. 0:16–0:25 “The train whistle goes toot-toot-toot…” The conductor pulls a large whistle cord. White steam clouds appear with each “toot.” Children copy the pulling action. 0:25–0:28 “All day long!” The train passes a station. Friendly animals on the platform wave as it travels by. 0:28–0:37 “The train tracks go bump-bump-bump…” Front and interior shots alternate. The train and passengers gently bounce on every “bump.” Colorful track pieces light up beneath the wheels. 0:37–0:40 “All day long!” A playful overhead view shows the train following a winding track through green hills. 0:40–0:49 “The baby on the train goes wiggle-wiggle-wiggle…” A cheerful baby wiggles safely in a train seat. The children, conductor, and friendly animals all wiggle along. Add little motion lines around their shoulders. 0:49–0:52 “All day long!” Everyone laughs and claps. The train approaches the final station as the sun begins to set. 0:52–0:57 “The happy little train goes chug-chug-chug…” Faster montage: rolling hands, turning wheels, steam puffs, waving animals, and the smiling train entering the station. 0:57–0:58 “Now we stop! Freeze!” Music stops suddenly. Every character freezes in a funny pose. The train’s eyes look sideways, followed by a tiny final steam puff.
