The story as narrated

Look up at the night sky. Do you see those beautiful, twinkling lights? When the sun goes down, the sky turns into a dark blue blanket and the stars come out to play. Some stars are big and proud, shining so brightly you can see them from anywhere. Some are blue, some golden, and some twinkle like diamonds. Deep inside this sparkling family was a little star named Lumi. Lumi was sweet, but she had a big secret. While the other stars puffed out their chests and shined brightly, little Lumi felt very shy. She thought she was too small and not special. Every night, Lumi would look for a big cloud to hide behind. "What if I am not bright enough?" she whispered. "The other stars are so big. If I try to shine, no one will notice me." So, Lumi kept her light tucked away safely. Down below the stars was a big, quiet forest. During the day, it was a happy place filled with animals. But at night, when the sun went away, the forest became very dark. One evening, a little bunny was hopping through the forest. He had been playing hide and seek and chased a butterfly far from his meadow. Soon, the sun went down. The sky turned completely black, and the bunny stopped hopping. The little bunny was lost. To make things worse, the moon was asleep behind a thick blanket of clouds. The tall trees looked like giant shadows, and the leaves sounded spooky. The frightened bunny curled up under a big oak tree. He felt scared and alone, wanting his mom. High up in the sky, little Lumi was peeking from behind her favorite cloud. She looked down at the quiet forest and spotted the little bunny shivering under the oak tree. She could see he was lost and scared. Lumi felt an ache in her star heart. She really wanted to help him. "But what can I do?" Lumi whispered. "I am too small. I cannot light up the forest like the big stars can." She looked at the proud stars showing off. They did not even notice the little lost bunny. Only Lumi saw him, and only Lumi cared.
