[verse] Lucky wakes up, what a sunny day! Time for school, hip hip hooray! Shirt is on and backpack too, But oh, oh, oh! What about my shoes? [chorus] Loop, loop, pull them through, Lucky knows just what to do! Cross and pull, nice and tight, Tie your shoes and do it right! [verse] Cross the laces, one, two, three, Pull them tight and look at me! Make a loop, then round we go, Push it through and pull it slow! [chorus] Loop, loop, pull them through, Lucky knows just what to do! Cross and pull, nice and tight, Tie your shoes and do it right! [verse] Lucky tries once, Lucky tries twice, Keep on trying, that’s the advice! Two little loops, now pull away, Lucky tied his shoes today! [chorus] Loop, loop, pull them through, Lucky did it, you can too! Cross and pull, nice and tight, Shoes are tied — we did it right! [outro] Off to school, clap clap clap! Shoes are tied and backpack packed! Lucky smiles and shouts, “Hooray!” I tied my shoes all by myself today!
