[Opening — Narrator] Deep in a forest, beneath skies of blue, Stood a magical tree nobody knew. Its branches were empty, its roots ran deep, And golden secrets lay fast asleep. [Scene 1 — Mia discovers the tree] Mia: “Wow! What a beautiful tree! But why does it look so lonely?” Twig: “This is the Thankful Tree. It grows golden leaves when someone discovers something worth appreciating.” Mia: “Then let's find out what makes it magical!” [Song — A Friend Like You] A little hello, a hand to hold, A story to share when the day feels cold. A laugh that we share, a game we play, Can turn a cloudy sky to a sunny day! Thank you, friend, for being near, For every smile and every cheer. One little kindness, one thing that's true, Makes the world brighter for me and you! [Scene 2 — Pip feels left out] Pip: “Everyone's too busy today. I guess I'll play by myself.” Mia: “You don't have to! Come explore the forest with me.” Together, they search for butterflies, jump over little streams, and laugh at Pip's silly hopping. Pip: “I thought today would be boring. But having you here made it wonderful!” [Magical moment] A tiny chime rings through the forest. One golden leaf appears on the tree. Lumi: “Look! Their friendship made the tree glow!” [Ending] Twig: “The first leaf has appeared. But I wonder what will grow next?” High above them, another tiny sparkle flickers. Mia: “Tomorrow, let's discover more magic!” Narrator: “And so, the Thankful Tree began its very first story.
