[[SCENE 1 — Morning in a beautiful Lebanese mountain village with traditional stone houses, red roofs, olive trees and green mountains. Lara, a beautiful 27-year-old Lebanese woman with long wavy chestnut hair, hazel eyes, cream blouse, denim jacket, jeans and white sneakers, arrives by car at her grandmother's stone house. Teta Nawal, her funny Lebanese grandmother with white hair, large glasses and a colorful dress, appears on the balcony. Lara reaches for the last fresh zaatar manousheh. At exactly the same moment Karim, a handsome 30-year-old Lebanese man with short black hair, light beard, beige overshirt and camera on his shoulder, reaches for it too. Their hands nearly touch. They recognize each other and smile with subtle romantic chemistry. Outside the bakery window, Teta Nawal secretly notices them together.]] Karim: كبرنا شوي. [[SCENE 4 — Outside the bakery, Teta Nawal whispers to a village neighbor and the rumor quickly spreads. Lara exits the bakery holding her half of the manousheh. Several villagers smile knowingly at her. Lara realizes something is wrong, freezes and turns around with wide shocked eyes.
