Lyrics as sung in the video

[Verse 1] Riley Raccoon had a tough day, Things just didn't go his way. His work felt hard, he started to frown, His big feelings were coming around. His heart beat fast, his paws felt tight, He wanted everything to feel alright. Then Riley remembered what to do— A little trick that can help you too! [Chorus] 🎵 Big feelings? Take a breath! Riley says, “Let's do our best!” Breathe in slow, then let it go, Nice and easy, nice and slow. Stop… breathe… reset! Don't make your choice just yet. One… two… three… Take a breath with Riley! 🎵 [Verse 2] Riley's work was getting tough, He thought, “I've had enough!” But instead of yelling or walking away, Riley tried a different way. “I can take a break,” said Riley with a smile, “Or ask for help and wait a while.” Big feelings don't have to run the show, Riley knows just what to do! 🎵 [Bridge – Slow & Calm] Riley puts his paws on his knees, “Take a slow breath along with me.” Breathe in… One… two… three… Breathe out… One… two… three… Riley asks himself: “What do I need?” A break? Some help? A little more time? Now Riley's ready to try! [Final Chorus] 🎵 Big feelings? Take a breath! Riley Raccoon knows the steps! Stop… Breathe… Reset! One… two… three… Come take a breath with me! Big feelings come, And big feelings go. Take a breath… Then you're ready to go! 🎵 [Ending] When big feelings come your way, Remember what Riley learned today: STOP. BREATHE. RESET. 🦝🌬️
