High above the sleepy little town lived a gentle moon named Luna. Every night, Luna watched as the world below got ready for bed. The little bunny curled up in the soft grass. The birds tucked their heads beneath their wings. And one by one... the lights in the little houses went out. But Luna wasn't sleepy at all. “Oh dear,” she sighed. “How will I ever get to sleep?” So Luna tried counting stars. “One... two... three... four... five...” But she was still wide awake! She snuggled into the fluffiest cloud she could find. She closed her eyes very tight. She even tried one enormous yawn. But still... Luna couldn't sleep. Just then, a tiny golden light twinkled beside her. It was Twinkle! “Can't sleep?” asked Twinkle. Luna shook her head. “I'll stay with you,” said Twinkle. “You don't have to be alone.” Twinkle snuggled close, and together they watched the quiet night sky. Luna began to feel warm and cosy. Her eyes grew heavier... and heavier... until... “Goodnight, Twinkle,” she whispered. “Goodnight, Luna.” And with her little friend beside her, Luna finally drifted off to sleep.
