Lyrics as sung in the video

[Verse] The sun is now setting behind the tall hill, The world is all quiet, so peaceful and still. Young Rony is rubbing his tired little eyes, While twilight is fading across the night skies. [Chorus] The friendly round Moon is now shining so bright, To wrap both of you in a blanket of light. The magical Star has begun its soft gleam, To guide you safely to a wonderful dream. [Verse] He climbs into bed with his favorite bear, Sweet Samsam is patiently waiting right there. They cuddle together so warm and so tight, And drift into slumber throughout the long night. [Chorus] The friendly round Moon is now shining so bright, To wrap both of you in a blanket of light. The magical Star has begun its soft gleam, To guide you safely to a wonderful dream. [Bridge] You float on a cloud through a wide velvet sea, Where beautiful magic surrounds you and me. The Moon is the captain who steers the soft boat, And with the kind Star you will peacefully float. [Chorus] The friendly round Moon is now shining so bright, To wrap both of you in a blanket of light. The magical Star has begun its soft gleam, To guide you safely to a wonderful dream.
